The Ultra Folder is a high-speed, stream-feed folder-gluer, at an afford-able price, especially designed to run small RSC's die cut boxes, tubes, other hard-to-run corrugated items.

A combination of feed rolls and vacuum belts gives positive control of the blanks through the machine, insuring quality folding and gluing. The Ultra Folder is available with a cold set
adhesive applicator and a shingling compression sector on wheels. This permits operation of folder-gluer at right angles for squaring RSC's
or straight line for tubes. A hot melt adhesive applicator and a straight line shingling conveyor is also available. Jams caused by bad board are
cleared in seconds by means of power lifts of hold-down sections.
