be easily justified. Easily installed with no modification of the machine frames. Virtually maintenance free, with very long blade life.
All parts in contact with the ink are made of stainless steel. Easily cleaned, presenting an unclutt-ered, easy to get to ink area.
The Reverse Angle Doctor Blade is superior to the Doctor Roll System of flexo printing in the following ways:
1. Gives consistently good quality printing.
2. Requires no operator expertise.
3. Is more tolerant of ink viscosities.
4. Needs no adjustment for change in speed. Quality is not affected by speed changes.
5. Decreases chances of anilox damage from foreign materials in ink.
6. Requires but a few minutes of time and a minimum material cost for blade change versus a few hours of time and a heavy material cost for a doctor roll change.
