Air actuated Case Feeder Unit
High speed wax impregnation system for made cases. Air actuated Case Feeder Unit features no-crush feed rollers and laterally adjustable case/sheet transfer belts. Unit, mounted on roll out rails, is fully wired.
Synchronized Top Chain Assembly offers additional support for die cut blanks, light weight sheets or K/D cases over 35 inches in height. This assembly is raised or lowered by pushbutton actuated motorized adjustment.
Heated air is pumped through five high velocity Air Knife nozzles for added control of wax pickup.
Two separate pumps supply molten wax from Dual Machine Tanks to duplex curtain/saturator wires. Wax temperature is electronically control-
led in each tank for precise control of case/sheet wax pickup.
Three sets of five adjustable "Droppers" can be used to repeatedly elevate and drop cases/sheets to aid in clearing wax from flutes.
Eighteen Feet of Cooling Section is an integral part of the system and uses high volume of forced air to lower the temperature of the cascaded cases /sheets to prevent blocking.
Automatic Take-off Unit delivers accurately counted, uniformly squared bundles of waxed corrugated containers /sheets.
