Automatic Case Formers
Based on proven PBI technology, K&R is pleased to announce the new ACF Family of stand-alone Automatic Case Formers, designed to handle a wide range of cases including the toughest Large, Double Wall, and Square Box applications.
The ACF Process:
One case at a time is shuttle-fed to an erecting station Suction cups hold stable the opened case while the minor flaps are folded Conveyor belts then grip the case while the suction cups release for case transport to the "Powered Major Flap Closers" Case is sealed at the bottom with the OK 55 "Blue Max" taping head or Nordson Hot Melt Gluer and exits machine
