K&R’s new generation of PBD Systems is designed to provide a cost effective way to increase the productivity of existing bulk packing facilities, as well as ease the conv-ersion from manual or semi-automatic operations to a comprehensive, high-tech automation solution.

The polybag, in a lined, product-filled, container is decuffed and then progres-sively envelope-folded to form a double plastic cover over the product. Air between the polybag and product is removed during the process. Open top flaps are folded and sealed with pressure sensitive tape or hot melt glue.
