PBI 24/32/42 Polybag Inserter System with Integrated Case Erector
The new generation of K&R PBI Systems is designed to provide a cost effective way to increase productivity of existing bulk packing facilities, as well as ease the conversion from manual and semi automatic operations to high-tech automation.
The PBI process:
Erects a top and bottom open shipping case Inserts a polybag from pre-made flat or gusseted polyethylene bags on a roll. Opens the bag and cuffs it over the edges. Bottom seals the case with tape or hot melt glue and exits machine.
